Therefore, after physical exercise you should eat more foods rich in alkaline such as fruits, vegetables and so on, in order to maintain a basic balance between the PH and eliminate fatigue as soon as possible.
There are some suggestions for relieve fatigue:
First, eat more plums. Plums are good to purify blood and resist fatigue.
Second, have one or two jujubes per day. Modern medical studies have shown that there is certain element contained in jujubes which has an effect on expansion of vascular. Jujubes contain the hawthorn acid, which has an effect on anti-fatigue and increase people's endurance. In addition, the jujubes also have the effect to reduce toxic substances' damage to liver.

Third, have more nectar. It can do well to intestines and stomach and resist fatigue.
Fourth, eating nuts can alleviate fatigue, medical studies have proved that the key point to alleviate fatigue is to enhance the body's immune system function and reduce the pressure. From the view of dietary, the best way is to eat natural food which is oxidation resisting and rich in vitamin E, C, A and other antioxidants. And in natural foods, nuts are the best source of these antioxidants. Studies have confirmed that eating nuts five times a week can significantly reduce the incidence of myocardial infarction. As nuts are rich in plant fiber, so it's helpful for digestion. Experts suggested that you have nuts 6 grams per day.
