What to Eat to Eliminate Sports Fatigue?

Many people feel muscles swollen, joint pain and mental fatigue after physical exercise. In order to relieve fatigue as soon as possible, they may buy some chickens, fish, meat and eggs to eat, but having these food not only can't relieve fatigue, but also do bad to your body.
Our food can be divided into acidic foods and alkaline foods. Acidic foods are usually rich in protein, fat and sugar. There are alkaline ions contained in vegetables and fruits which will neutralize with the excessive acid.
So, sour fruits are generally alkaline food, though chickens, fish, meat, eggs, sugar and other flavors are not acid, but it is acidic foods actually.
It's confirmed by a study that only the body fluids appear weak alkaline that your body can maintain human health. People may feel muscles swollen, joint pain and mental fatigue after physical exercise, the main reason is that nutrients produce lactic acid, phosphoric acid and other acidic substances in the process of the body which stimulate the body tissues and organs and make you feel muscles swollen, joint pain and mental fatigue.
Therefore, after physical exercise you should eat more foods rich in alkaline such as fruits, vegetables and so on, in order to maintain a basic balance between the PH and eliminate fatigue as soon as possible.
There are some suggestions for relieve fatigue:
First, eat more plums. Plums are good to purify blood and resist fatigue.
Second, have one or two jujubes per day. Modern medical studies have shown that there is certain element contained in jujubes which has an effect on expansion of vascular. Jujubes contain the hawthorn acid, which has an effect on anti-fatigue and increase people's endurance. In addition, the jujubes also have the effect to reduce toxic substances' damage to liver.

Third, have more nectar. It can do well to intestines and stomach and resist fatigue.
Fourth, eating nuts can alleviate fatigue, medical studies have proved that the key point to alleviate fatigue is to enhance the body's immune system function and reduce the pressure. From the view of dietary, the best way is to eat natural food which is oxidation resisting and rich in vitamin E, C, A and other antioxidants. And in natural foods, nuts are the best source of these antioxidants. Studies have confirmed that eating nuts five times a week can significantly reduce the incidence of myocardial infarction. As nuts are rich in plant fiber, so it's helpful for digestion. Experts suggested that you have nuts 6 grams per day. And the best choice is almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pine nuts, pistachios and so on.

The best time to eat food is one hour after you finished the exercise. Eat something natural and avoid of greasy and chilly food. If you have a sense of fullness, you can have some liquid food which is more easily to be digested and at the same time can provide more water to your body. If you do not have a formal meal after two hours since you finished the exercise, you can have some solid food to obtain more sugar and protein, such as eggs and meat.
Keep in mind that, do not drink any tea or coffee when you try to do a heavy exercise, because the caffeine will stimulate the function of your kidney and add the frequency of urination, which will cause the shortage of body water.
