Prepare for the radiation before you open the computer. Putting on sun screen or environmental protection cream before using the computer can effectively prevent your skin. A thin layer of cream can separate your skin from the air, and the radial rays. And there is another thing you can do to reduce the radiation. It is something you can do about your computer screen. Cleaning the computer screen everyday can reduce the amount of radiation. It is also advisable to attach a radiation filter plate in front of your computer screen to reduce the hazard of radiation. Adjusting the brightness of your computer can also help. The brightest the screen the highest the radiation there will be and vice versa.

WHILE YOU ARE USING
Hydration is very important while you are using the computer. Computer radiation can cause dehydration in your skin. Drink as much water as you can. Sometimes you can also choose green tea or fresh fruit juices or raw vegetable juices. Green tea has a strong anti-oxidation function. You can also put some plants near your computer like prickly pear. Potted cactus beside your computer can effectively absorb the radiation released by the computer.
AFTER YOU'RE DONE
The key word for this stage is cleaning. Cleaning you skin immediately after you finish using computer can remove 70% of the radiation. Facial foam can't effectively and completely remove the sun screen; you have to use risen-off oil or milk for removing makeup.

There are five moments during a day that people have greater desire to eating. It is a very important thing to make a choice under such circumstances. If you give loose to your appetite and as time goes by, your will become fat even you don't notice it. So great attentions need to be paid at the following five moments.
1. Get up in the early morning.
A lot of people would like to drink a cup of coffee. But the expert has pointed that a cup of hot chocolate contains about 110,000 calories while orange juice has 109,000 calories and 15% of folacin that people need during a day. Caffeine may keep you awake for a short period of time but it can't last long. If you don't feel sleepy the whole morning, you need to absorb enough quantity of heat. A cup of chocolate, orange juice with a cup of yoghurt or fruits can meet your needs.

2. 30 minutes before lunch.
At this time, you'd better eat some biscuits made by roughage, bread or yoghurt without sugar and fruits because they are easy to digest and won't hinder your appetite during lunch. Otherwise, because you are not so hungry that you can choose what to eat for lunch wisely to eat in a more healthy way.
3. On the way back from the gym.
It is very for people to feel hungry at this time. So no matter how much you want to eat, you'd better not or the exercise you've done will go to waste. If you really feel hungry, you may choose a small piece of food with protein and carbohydrate like the yoghurt of degrease. 4. Breaks during work.

5. When you feel very hungry.

When you have a true strong desire to eat something, you'd better drink some water because your body may at the condition of dehydration and this will add your sense of being hungry. After doing this, if you still feel hungry, you can eat some peanut butter or some nuts. They are not only rich in nutrition but also provide you with a strong feeling of being full to help you control the amount of food you're going to take.
