What do you often eat before and after your sports? Do you drink fruit juice or just sport beverage? How much time do you keep before your taking exercise when you finished your regular meal? How can we eat for health and fitness? I believe there are a lot of people suffering from these kinds of problems when they try to build up their body and keep the charming figure. Many people are afraid of getting fatter when they eat foods after their hard exercise. They do not want their efforts turns out to be a waste of time, so some of them may keep an empty stomach, as a result of that, more and more people are stuck in a terrible health situation. Then, what should we eat can benefit us when we are in the time of building up our body? Let's find the answer together.
It is very important to eat proper food before we are doing body exercise. The best time to eat is one or two hours before your movement, and the food amount should not be large, a sense of fullness in your stomach is not a good thing to your exercise, because too much food will cause body exhaustion and disorder of your digestive system. The most healthy food is high – fiber cookies and fresh fruits, which will provide you the enough energy and nourishment. In addition to that, you can also have some liquid food or drinks one hour earlier, such as milk, sour milk, and honey – tea and fruit juice. All the foods above will supply you with enough water and vitamins which are very important for your later sports.
During the exercise, foods are not necessary and sometimes will cause adverse effects to your health. However, you can drink a little pure water to help to release your body toxin and solve your body thirsty. Enough and proper amount of water is important during the sports, because lack of water will bring about the exhaustion of your body organization, but too much water will add the burden to your kidney and cause a lot of other health troubles.
The best time to eat food is one hour after you finished the exercise. Eat something natural and avoid of greasy and chilly food. If you have a sense of fullness, you can have some liquid food which is more easily to be digested and at the same time can provide more water to your body. If you do not have a formal meal after two hours since you finished the exercise, you can have some solid food to obtain more sugar and protein, such as eggs and meat.
Keep in mind that, do not drink any tea or coffee when you try to do a heavy exercise, because the caffeine will stimulate the function of your kidney and add the frequency of urination, which will cause the shortage of body water.
Health is essential, so do not just exercise for your body weight, you have to work for your fitness and eat for your body health.
